Kato Wake is an entrepreneur – a creative thinker and a visual maker with over twenty years experience in the design business.     At last a wine book for the rest of us. I was a big fan of Hugh Johnson and haved als used Oz Clarke’s guides but Billy’s Best actually deals with brands and labels I find in my local liquor store. I’m not in Ontario but I suspect the buyers from the provincial liquir commission may depend on Billy’s recommendation.
